Learn the difference between route, turf, and public shapes.
The Map screen can show live recording, owned territory, nearby activity, planned routes, and privacy-safe public shapes. Use it to inspect where a loop could close and where territory may be captured, but treat the preview as an estimate because the final result depends on accepted GPS points, the 200 m closing rule, existing territory, and validation. Not every visible line is an available claim.
What to do
- Open Map after setting location permission.
- Use layer controls and the legend to inspect territory and route planning tools.
- Open an activity for authoritative metrics and the final territory result.
