Why a route is not visible
Troubleshoot a missing map or route line.
A route can be hidden by privacy, unavailable GPS data, an indoor activity, a pending upload, or a public setting that shows only a silhouette. A saved activity can therefore have valid time and distance without exposing an exact map. Check both the activity status and its audience before assuming the recording failed.
What to do
- Open the activity privately.
- Check map visibility and audience.
- Contact support if the private route is missing too.
