Avoid duplicate health imports
Why a workout can appear in history without earning rewards.
Only the first Tam account to import a health workout can receive competitive credit for it. A duplicate import on another account may remain in activity history, but it does not earn turf, ranking distance, XP, badges, records, streaks, or challenge progress. If the workout matches an activity you recorded in Tam, review the match before saving.
What to do
- Compare start time, duration, distance, and route.
- Choose the existing activity when they match.
- Choose a new activity only when they are different.
