Allow Tam to run in the Android background
Remove Android battery restrictions that can interrupt a locked-screen recording.
Android menu names vary by manufacturer and software version. For a standard Android phone, set Tam's battery use to Unrestricted. This gives Tam the best chance of continuing an active recording when the screen is locked or you switch apps, although Android can still limit delivery in poor signal, thermal, or low-power conditions.
What to do
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps, then See all apps.
- Select Tam.
- Tap App battery usage or Battery.
- Choose Unrestricted.
